He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from HEC Montréal and a Master’s in Taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke, along with the designation of Financial Planner (Pl. Fin.). With more than 25 years of experience in taxation, accounting, and financial planning, Nicolas combines a rigorous, client-focused approach with deep expertise. His goal: to turn complex tax obligations into a seamless, turnkey solution for every client.

With nearly 20 years of experience in international business and corporate advisory, Claudia Lambert brings to T2062 Experts a unique strength in client service and relationship building. She holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from Université Laval and a certification in International Trade from FITT. Claudia has served as an International Trade Advisor within several government institutions, including Investissement Québec International. Her understanding of tax-related issues, combined with strong listening skills and a natural talent for building trust, make her a cornerstone of the team. Her role: ensuring a smooth, reassuring, and professional client experience, while actively contributing to the growth and development of T2062 Experts.

With more than 15 years of experience in taxation, Jean-Cyrus Oulai has built a strong reputation as a trusted tax specialist for individuals and businesses alike. As a branch manager and tax expert at Impôts Ici!, he guided a wide range of clients and honed his expertise in tax strategies and compliance. Later, as the founder of GestionJC Inc., he established a practice recognized for professionalism, attentive service, and high-quality advice. Jean-Cyrus combines technical precision with a client-focused approach, helping clients navigate their tax obligations with confidence. He also assists clients with related services, including non-resident rental income (Section 216) and the broader tax obligations tied to non-resident real estate transactions. Recognized for his rigor and ability to simplify complex tax matters, Olivier plays a central role at T2062 Experts, ensuring every client benefits from a smooth, compliant, and secure process. Jérémy oversees the technical accuracy and compliance of all files at T2062 Experts. He conducts tax analysis for non-resident real-estate dispositions and ensures that every T2062 and TP-1097 certificate is delivered quickly, accurately, and in full compliance. With a Graduate Specialized Studies Diploma (DESS) in Taxation from Université de Sherbrooke and strong experience in Canadian taxation, he specializes in: •pre-transaction tax assessment; •full coordination of CRA/RQ requirements; •identifying risk points (recapture, excessive withholdings, compliance gaps); •reducing delays for notaries and sellers.
